Job summary

EGR Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial casework/millwork projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and top-quality workmanship.

Travel to job sites as required and a strong background in project management is essential. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, quality control, and clear client communications.

Qualifications

• AWI standards knowledge and experience with millwork/specialty casework.
• Experience managing commercial casework and millwork projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Proficiency with project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions; travel to job sites as needed.
• Understand and manage each project's contract terms.
• Track budgets and expenses; negotiate with subs for cost-effective solutions.
• Review costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for millwork manufacturing, installation, finishing.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure specs and industry standards.
• Serve as main client contact; conduct progress meetings and provide updates.
• Lead and motivate the project team; delegate tasks and foster collaboration.
