Responsibilities

  • Lead greenfield midstream projects, system expansions, facility upgrades, and other capital-development initiatives.
  • Provide technical and operational oversight of gas gathering, compression, processing, and transportation assets.
  • Manage system reliability, throughput optimization, capacity planning, operating costs, and asset integrity.
  • Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and execution in partnership with internal teams and third-party contractors.
  • Collaborate with field operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges and improve performance.
  • Lead commercial activities involving gas marketing, transportation agreements, processing contracts, capacity management, and third-party negotiations.

The Role

The Senior Midstream Gas Professional will oversee the development, operation, and optimization of natural gas midstream assets. This individual will provide the technical expertise, commercial insight, and operational leadership needed to maintain safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while supporting continued business growth.

  • Proven experience leading complex projects and working across technical, operational, and commercial teams.

  • Experience across multiple basins or asset types and within a private equity-backed or growth-oriented organization preferred.
