Read plans, manage resources, and uphold safety standards on a day-to-day basis.

The Foreman will lead daily assignments, conduct toolbox talks, review blueprints, and ensure documentation and plan adherence across projects. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in commercial masonry.
• OSHA 30 – Construction certification.
• Knowledge of bricklaying, stonework, and blockwork techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Math skills for measurements and layouts.
• Able to operate an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews of employees and prioritize daily work assignments.
• Monitor crew activities to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Read and interpret plans, material lists, and project guidelines while adhering to required timelines.
• Conduct Monday morning Toolbox Talks.
• Perform all standard and advanced installation and construction duties, including project layout, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and schedules.
• Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
• Enforce all client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements, including employee discipline and required documentation.
