• Experience in Land Surveying, Engineering Surveying, Environmental Monitoring, Planning, GIS/Geospatial, or Environmental Consultancy.
• Experience leading or developing technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with client relationships, quotations, tenders or project profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people.

Ideal Candidate
