Qualifications

• Availability for occasional overtime and on‑call emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple commercial buildings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve building issues with minimal supervision.
• Complete work orders electronically using a smartphone.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and notify impacted tenants.
• Assist with vendor management and onsite oversight.
• Follow safety procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Carry and maintain tools and equipment daily.
