Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.
• Available to work occasional overtime.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with Property Managers.
• Maintain and update work orders in the property management software.
