Job summary

Total Talent Solutions is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX to support facilities across client sites. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with occasional field travel between locations.

Pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, with Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM, and weekend availability required. Applicants should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Trade school, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues.
Complete work orders, inspections, service reports, and quality documentation using mobile technology.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
Coordinate materials and supplies needed for assigned tasks.
Follow OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company compliance standards.
Assist with project estimates and recommend facility improvement solutions.
Support emergency repairs and ongoing property maintenance needs across multiple customer sites.
