Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in State College, PA, is hiring a full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician. The role covers maintenance in office buildings, preventative work, grounds upkeep, and light electrical/plumbing/HVAC troubleshooting.

You will provide customer service and participate in a rotating on-call schedule, with a potential on-call bonus. Rate ranges from $22 to $28 per hour based on experience, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check required for government occupied spaces.

Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.
