Property Management, Inc. in Altoona, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role requires assisting with resident work orders, turnover of apartments, and light repairs across multiple sites within the Altoona area.

You will contribute to customer service and the overall upkeep of our properties. The position offers daytime hours, on-site work, and opportunities for advancement. Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred; a valid PA driver’s license is required

We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Altoona maintenance team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in local area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

Requirements:

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
