Job summary
Leo is seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Technicians to join our field team. The role involves performing general maintenance across a 1–2 hour radius from your home, with a focus on plumbing and electrical work for commercial sites.
You will troubleshoot issues, prepare scopes of work with estimates, and coordinate with the support team. On-call shifts, including nights and weekends, are part of the rotation, with a take-home company vehicle and tools provided.
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial maintenance experience in commercial, medical, or municipal settings.
- Preferred existing and valid plumbing license
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Comfortable driving to multiple locations throughout a shift
Responsibilities
- Cover assigned territory of approximately 1 to 2 hour radius from home
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, tile work, drywall repair
- Communicate with support team via app to respond to work orders and IVR check-in
- Use troubleshooting skills to determine necessary repairs
- Prepare scope-of-work with time estimates and material needs for account management
- Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends
