Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance seeks experienced Commercial Maintenance Technicians to cover a 1–2 hour radius from home, performing plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks for commercial sites.

Strong troubleshooting, material estimation, and coordination with a remote support team are required; on-call rotation, nights and weekends, and a take-home company vehicle are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial maintenance experience in commercial, medical, or municipal settings.
• Preferred plumbing license or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cover territory approximately 1–2 hour radius from home.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, tile work, drywall repair.
• Communicate with support team via app to respond to work orders and check in.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to determine repairs needed.
• Prepare scope of work with time estimates and material needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
