Responsibilities

• Perform audits, postings, and reviews across daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles.
• Provide operations support to branches and other departments (e.g., overrides, ACH research, holds).
• Account document quality review and maintenance of IRAs & HSA accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues with TCRs and other operational systems.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Represent Glacier Bank professionally in interactions with customers and staff.
