Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of loan processing or related job experience; nCino preferred.
• Complete working knowledge of commercial loan transactions.
• Ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management products and services.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Notary desired.

Responsibilities

• Assists Relationship Managers in collecting loan documentation for credit analysis.
• Helps with customer onboarding, due diligence and risk management matters.
• Orders DMV reviews, flood certificates, UCC searches, title reports and environmental reports as needed.
• Reviews title policies and prepares lender's instructions.
• Reviews documentation for accuracy and inputs data into nCino.
• Prepares and submits complete files for Loan Documentation after credit approval.
• Coordinates loan documentation and closings for commercial loans.
• Reviews e-signature envelopes for accuracy before sending to borrower.
• Processes and prepares documentation for payments, advances, and draws.
