Qualifikationen

• Three years’ experience in a small business/commercial lending environment.
• Ability to interpret and discuss analytical data and make credit recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard Windows-based software and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Underwrites commercial loans for business, real estate, agriculture, and SBA 504 requests.
• Analyzes financial information, determines credit worthiness, and assigns loan grading.
• Supports Relationship Managers to maximize cross-sales during processing.
• Prepares loan packages for legal documentation and monitors closing processes.
• Coordinates with appraisal/escrow and maintains compliance and renewals.
• Monitors past-due loans and assists in interim credit reporting.
