Job summary

Extension is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor for a Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire role in West Allis, Wisconsin. The role focuses on processing commercial loan files from approval through closing, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing LaserPro documentation, coordinating third-party needs, reviewing underwriting packages, and managing closings, disbursements and collateral documentation while maintaining open communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Loan Processing experience.
• 3+ years of LaserPro experience.
• Proven experience processing and closing commercial loans from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, compliance requirements, and entity documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan files from approval through closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Prepare and review commercial loan documentation utilizing LaserPro and other banking systems.
• Coordinate third-party requirements including title commitments, appraisals, surveys, lien searches, credit reports, insurance documentation, and environmental assessments.
• Review underwriting packages and identify missing documentation needed to successfully close commercial loan transactions.
• Manage loan closings, disbursements, wires, payoffs, cashier's checks, and collateral documentation.
• Maintain communication with loan officers, customers, vendors, title companies, and internal departments throughout the lending process.
• Assist with post-closing documentation and collateral coordination activities.
• Provide occasional receptionist support for the Loan Servicing department.

Salary Information

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
