Job summary

Allegacy is seeking a Commercial Credit Officer to counsel our commercial lenders on cash flow, risk analysis, loan structure, and resource referrals, identifying problem loans and directing them to the VP for timely action.

You will support lending staff, perform underwriting and risk analysis, conduct industry research, and help ensure compliance with NCUA regulations while delivering viable exit strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lending and credit analysis.
• Ability to perform financial statement analysis and risk assessment.
• Underwriting and loan-structuring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Counsel lending staff on cash flow, risk analysis, loan structure and referrals.
• Identify problem loans and direct to VP, Commercial Credit Officer.
• Assist in NCUA Examinations and CUNA Risk Assessments.
