Job summary

Dollar Bank, FSB seeks a Portfolio Manager to oversee Business Banking loan portfolios within the Virginia Division. You will work with internal teams and third parties to support portfolio growth, maintain credit quality, coordinate closings and funding, and ensure timely servicing.

Qualifications

3 years of commercial loan portfolio administration experience.
Thorough knowledge of commercial lending products and credit administration practices.
Experience coordinating loan closings, modifications, renewals, and funding activities.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned Business Banking loan portfolios and servicing.
Create and maintain credit files for renewals or reviews.
Assist in due diligence and modifications; include appraisals, environmental reports, lien searches, and flood determinations.
Prepare loan documents and post-closing documentation.
Coordinate SBA 504 loan closings and funding with borrowers and partners.
Monitor insurance, GL activity, and servicing requirements.
Complete routine correspondence and other duties.
