Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain reports and assist lending functions including deposit gathering, loan production, maturities, past dues and renewals.
• Assist with loan closings, document review, and coordination with closing attorneys.
• Provide periodic reporting (Pipeline, Past Dues, Maturities, Prospecting) to management and lending team.
• Assist with asset-based loan management and tracking of borrowing base certificates and inventory.
• Serve as liaison for participation loans and provide ongoing support to participants.
• Prepare annual reviews on existing customers including financial and collateral analyses.
