Job summary

TruNorth Bank in Easthampton, MA is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to manage daily commercial lending operations, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate loan closings with attorneys and loan officers.

You will prepare loan documentation, review terms, maintain loan files, process amendments, and ensure compliance with privacy rules, Reg B, HMDA, flood regulations, and Patriot Act while delivering outstanding service to commercial clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years Commercial Loan Administration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending activities and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve commercial issues.
• Process daily overdrafts and return deposited items for commercial customers.
• Prepare commitment letters and loan documentation.
• Coordinate commercial loan closings with attorneys and loan officers.
• Maintain loan files and ensure post-closing accuracy.
• Support ongoing customer relations and loan servicing.
