In this role, you will develop, manage, and grow a commercial portfolio throughout Utah County by building relationships with business owners, centers of influence, and community partners

You'll identify lending opportunities, recommend commercial loan and deposit solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to businesses at every stage of growth. You'll also review financial statements, business tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk while structuring sound lending solutions and presenting recommendations for approval.

We'd love to connect with candidates who bring three or more years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial credit, SBA lending, portfolio management, relationship management, or a related commercial banking role. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate understands commercial credit analysis, business financial statements, cash flow analysis, and business tax returns; enjoys networking and business development; and brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to client service.
