• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development.
• Strong communications proficiency and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Significant experience with direct and indirect lending products and practices.
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software applications.

FirsTier Bank is searching for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join our Fort Collins, Colorado team. This position represents the bank in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing all the bank's products and services.

Essential Functions

• Build and develop new commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
