Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one year of additional specialized education or equivalent.
• Typing, PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and loan documentation software.
• Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
• Knowledge of loan forms, processes, and procedures with attention to detail.
• Minimum of one year office experience.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process commercial loan documents, including commitment letters, new loan requests, loan renewals, material changes, and modifications.
• Prepare commitment letters and loan closing documents, including real estate and non-real estate loans, in accordance with approvals and bank loan policy
• Establish pre-closing checklists for tracking of approval conditions
• Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers
• Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to this position and ensure adherence to policies and training
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
