Job summary

The Symicor Group is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor for a role in the Waukesha, WI area. You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring completeness of commercial loan packages using the bank’s documentation system and procedures.

Qualifications

• This role requires two or more years of experience in commercial loan document preparation and/or document processing.
• Understanding of required documentation for commercial term loans and lines of credit.
• Ability to prioritize work to meet scheduled loan closing dates.
• Knowledge of lending compliance rules and bank policies.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency with PC & internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan requests for new and renewal loans using prescribed procedures and software.
• Review loan profiles and prepare underwriting documents and closing packages.
• Prepare loan documents such as Promissory Notes and Loan Agreements.
• Verify loan approval authority and ensure complete documentation is present.
• Coordinate with loan officers and customers to obtain needed information.
• Assist with post-closing steps and wiring of loan proceeds.
• Maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines with interruptions.
