The role requires strong follow-through, adaptability, and collaboration with lending teams and attorneys. Responsibilities include boarding loans, enforcing post-closing items, controlling disbursement of proceeds, and managing loan servicing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college/university; 2+ years commercial real estate loan documentation experience or training
• Advanced computer skills: LaserPro and LaserPro Processing Set-Up, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Foxit
• Knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate and consumer loan products; familiarity with RESPA, HMDA and related policies

Responsibilities

• Uphold bank core values and deliver superior customer service
• Board all loan types and maintain ticklers; reconcile non-posted items and process payments
• Assist in loan closing, boarding, and post-closing item enforcement; monitor reports
• Support construction draws, budgets tracking, and disbursements per completion percentages
• Handle loan servicing inquiries, billing issues, and document requests; train junior staff
• Manage records retention and back-up scanning; assist audit prep and management requests
