Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan packages from loan worksheets and commitment letters.
• Order and review appraisals; verify insurance coverage.
• Order/complete external documents (e.g., flood, Census Tract, SOS).
• Assist bankers with clearing collateral and financial statement exceptions.
• Prepare and send wires and loan-related tickets.
• Complete Documentation Checklist for received and pending items.
• Maintain customer service focus with internal and external customers.
• Stay informed on regulatory issues affecting credit decisions and documentation.
