Responsibilities

• Reviews, researches and processes credit approvals to prepare loan documents for complex transactions.
• Reviews loan documents prepared by external attorneys and coordinates with title and escrow companies.
• Examines the accuracy and integrity of all loan documents.
• Responds to inquiries, supports teammates and business partners; analyzes and resolves issues.
• Participates in testing related to documentation systems and training teammates.
• Oversees workflow of the Loan Documentation team.
