Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Credit Support Specialist, Analyst to coordinate commercial loan documentation, booking, funding and post-closing activities across Wholesale Lending Serves teams. The role requires working with Underwriters, market staff and external counsel to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The position emphasizes knowledge of credit products and experience with loan systems, with a focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environment.
Knowledge of commercial loan documents and ability to review them for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial document preparation activities through HotDocs.
Review draft and executed loan documents for accuracy and terms.
Route loan documentation to WLS partners for booking and funding.
Coordinate with outside counsel and Real Estate Transaction Services for third-party verifications.
Ensure completeness of loan package and forward to WLS partner.
Follow up with customers, Bankers, Underwriters and attorneys to clear documentation exceptions.
