River Run Services LLC is seeking a Commercial Loan Quality Control Specialist in Newburyport, MA. This role ensures accuracy and compliance of commercial loan documentation through thorough reviews of internal and outside counsel documents.

You will identify errors, missing documents, and trends, maintaining up-to-date checklists and supporting audits, while collaborating with loan staff to maintain high-quality loan files.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years in a lending-related function with a focus on closing or post‑closing commercial loan files.
• Real estate paralegal experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform quality control reviews on all legal and supporting documentation for new commercial loan originations to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Prepare biweekly reporting of errors and missing documents to ensure complete and accurate loan files.
• Collaborate with CLA staff, Loan Officers, and other stakeholders to fix documentation exceptions and ensure complete loan files.
• Maintain current quality control checklists to reflect current loan parameters and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and document annual CIP attestations for participated loans per regulatory and internal procedures.
• Identify trends, training needs, and remediation opportunities to improve operations and compliance.
• Support audits, examinations, and reviews by providing requested loan documentation and records.
• Stay current on bank products, services, procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
