• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation and booking processes.
• Experience reviewing attorney-prepared commercial loan documents.
• Knowledge of the commercial loan lifecycle, including onboarding, booking, servicing, and maintenance activities.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies between loan documentation and booking instructions.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with operational workflows and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing AI-powered tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial loan documentation packages and related booking instruction sheets.
• Validate AI-generated document extraction and interpretation results for accuracy and completeness.
• Compare loan documentation against booking data to identify discrepancies involving rates, terms, covenants, pricing, language, and other critical loan attributes.
• Analyze attorney-prepared commercial loan documents and confirm key information is accurately captured.
• Work closely with loan booking, boarding, servicing, and transformation teams throughout the pilot.
• Provide feedback to product and transformation teams on AI performance, exceptions, and process gaps.
• Document findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to support future scalability.
• Participate in testing activities and help establish quality control standards for AI-driven document processing.
• Support proof-of-concept demonstrations and contribute to recommendations for broader enterprise adoption.

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation & AI Validation Analyst - Remote for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This is a 2+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

The Commercial Loan Documentation & AI Validation Analyst will support an early-stage pilot designed to automate portions of the commercial loan booking process. The consultant will partner with product, operations, and transformation teams to validate AI-generated outputs, verify document interpretation accuracy, and identify process improvement opportunities. Success in this role requires both strong commercial loan documentation knowledge and the ability to work comfortably with emerging AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review commercial loan documentation packages and related booking instruction sheets
• Validate AI-generated document extraction and interpretation results for accuracy and completeness

Primary Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations
• Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation and loan booking processes
• Experience reviewing attorney-prepared commercial loan documents
• Knowledge of the commercial loan lifecycle, including onboarding, booking, servicing, and maintenance activities
• Ability to identify inconsistencies between loan documentation and booking instructions
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with operational workflows and process improvement initiatives
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Comfortable learning and utilizing AI-powered tools and technologies

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting banking transformation initiatives
• Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence experience
• Change Management experience
• Prior involvement in proof-of-concept or pilot programs
• Experience working with loan platforms such as AFS Vision or similar commercial loan servicing systems
• Experience at smaller or regional banking institutions where multiple operational functions were supported
• Exposure to emerging technologies, intelligent automation, AI, or document digitization initiatives
