• Provide administrative support to multiple Business Bankers.
• Prepare loan files for closings.
• Coordinate and manage Fortifi Bank's loan production process.
• Assist Business Bankers in scheduling closings.
• Run and review reports.
• Assist in the process of maturing or delinquent loans.
• Compile internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations to protect the Bank and create efficiencies.
• Conduct general client correspondence and troubleshooting.
