Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist in Hoover, AL. The role supports the closing process for complex commercial loans across multiple teams and third parties, ensuring accurate documentation and timely funding.

You will interact with borrowers, counsel, and bank associates to mitigate risks and meet regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity and client service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related financial services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans in a multi-state environment.
• Engages with the deal team on forecasting loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements as loans are assigned.
• Reviews attorney prepared loan packages for syndicated loans, often with Regions serving as the agent bank.
• Obtains the necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan.
• Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy.
