Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC, seeks a detail-oriented Loan Administration Specialist to manage commercial real estate loan administration and enforce loan documents on behalf of the lender. You will support Document Administration, New Loan Set-up, Tax and Insurance Administration, and Customer Service.

Imaging and retention of loan documents, processing mail/email, paying real estate taxes, monitoring insurance, and onboarding new loans including UCC administration are key duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment with heavy interaction with borrowers.
• Ability to work in both a team or individual environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and retention of loan documents, front end processing of incoming mail and email through various sources and the administration of line of business (LOB) imaging and workflow systems.
• Paying real estate tax bills and/or monitoring the payment of real estate tax bills by the borrowers on commercial loans.
• Monitoring and review of property insurance coverages along with the paying of insurance premiums for escrowed loans on commercial loans.
• New loan boarding, release/satisfaction of loan documents, UCC administration and customer service inquiries.
