Job summary

Truist is seeking a loan administration professional to support commercial real estate loan servicing, document control, and customer inquiries. You will handle imaging and front-end processing, tax payments, and insurance premium management for escrowed loans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with occasional travel. Based in a regular, office environment in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced borrower-facing role.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Image and file loan documents and manage front-end mail/email processing.
• Pay real estate tax bills or monitor payments for escrow loans.
• Monitor property insurance coverages and pay insurance premiums for escrowed loans.
• New loan boarding, release/satisfaction of documents, UCC administration, and customer inquiries.
