Requirements for the Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney:

• 3+ years of experience including substantive commercial litigation experience
• Desire and potential to develop business
• Prior experience in the litigation practice group of a highly respected boutique law firm or AmLaw 200 firm
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials (top 25% of graduating class)
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or ability to obtain a Tennessee license
• Outstanding references required

Compensation:

Pay: The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
