The Role:

• Serve aslead counselon sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• Focus onpartnership disputes / business divorcesinvolving high-value stakes and complex dynamics
• Handleyour own caseloadfrom intake to resolution with the full backing of a tech-forward support team
• Deliver direct, hands-on representation to founders, executives, and businesses
• Collaborate on firm-wide strategy and help shape the next phase of our growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ yearsof litigation experience, with a strong track record in business disputes
• Trial-ready: You’ve triedat least 3 casesand conducted30+ substantive depositions
• Deep familiarity withmotion practice, oral advocacy, and case strategy
• Ability to navigate business divorces withcreativity and diplomacy
• Licensed in New York(New Jersey/Florida a plus)
• Corporate transactional experience? A plus—but not required
• Above all, someone who combinesintellectual firepower with emotional intelligence
