Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and evidence for complex corporate lawsuits.
• Draft and format pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responses in compliance with court rules.
• Analyze judicial decisions, statutes, and codes to support attorney strategies and briefs.
• Assist with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials by organizing exhibits and assembling trial binders.
• Serve as liaison among legal teams, clients, court personnel, and outside vendors.
• Manage subpoena responses.
• Support attorneys in deposition assistance and evidence organization.
