Trueline Talent’s Manhattan client, a sophisticated litigation boutique handling complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and regulatory matters, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their New York City team. This role offers meaningful ownership of matters, direct access to attorneys, and hands‑on experience in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

*2 years experience MINIMUM of substantive commercial litigation paralegal experience. HYBRID setup REQUIRED.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of substantive commercial litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong hands-on e-discovery experience.
• Experience supporting depositions, arbitration, trial preparation, or other active litigation proceedings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Highly proactive working style with initiative to flag needs and follow through.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with multiple attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Support complex commercial litigation matters from early case development through discovery, depositions, arbitration, trial, and resolution.
• Take ownership of deadlines, calendars, filings, discovery obligations, and case-related follow‑up to keep matters moving.
• Coordinate e‑discovery, document collection, review, production, and case file organization.
• Prepare materials for depositions, arbitrations, hearings, and trials, including exhibits and witness materials.
• Assist with court filings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and coordination with opposing counsel and vendors.
• Support a varied caseload that may include commercial disputes, regulatory or government-related work.
• Work directly with multiple attorneys and become a trusted member of the case team.
