Job summary

LHH Naples is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a growing law firm specializing in commercial and business litigation. You will work closely with attorneys, manage calendars, filings, and draft litigation documents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation support, a strong background in commercial litigation, and excellent drafting and organizational skills. You will thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-quality client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience.
• Strong commercial/business litigation background.
• Experience filing in state and federal courts.
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys handling complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and litigation documents.
• Coordinate filings in both Florida state and federal courts.
• Maintain case files and document management using iManage.
• Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative support functions.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless workflow and client service.
