• Minimum 2 years of exposure to litigation/trial.
• Experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Premises/Product Liability, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Mediations.
• Deposition and discovery drafting experience; hearings and trial preferred.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and trial.
• Draft discovery responses and motions.
• Assist in case strategy and client communication.
• Support mediation and other dispute resolution processes.
