The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. This role is designed for a highly capable litigator looking for a platform to deepen client relationships, manage cases with autonomy, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

• Active bar admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)
• 8+ years of litigation experience in commercial litigation
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience managing cases independently, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
