Qualificações

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial
• Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution efforts
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic counsel throughout litigation matters

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling business disputes, breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, real estate litigation, or complex commercial matters preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
