Job summary

Stealth Law Firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney with a strong track record in commercial and civil litigation. The role requires managing all phases of cases from inception through trial, and developing sophisticated litigation strategies.

California licensure is mandatory, with an additional license considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in case strategy, discovery management, and expert development, while navigating a fast-paced litigation portfolio

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on commercial/business or civil litigation
• Able to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies
• Capable of handling all phases of litigation including evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Licensed to practise in California; an additional license is a big plus

Experience and skills needed:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $350,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
