Qualifications

• Experience leading complex litigation matters including contract breaches, shareholder disputes, business torts and fraud claims.
• Ability to formulate and execute litigation strategies across pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Strong courtroom advocacy and experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Lead Litigation Matters: Manage a broad portfolio of complex disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims
• Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes: Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution: Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
• Client Advisory and Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.

The Package

• Up to $225K Base Salary
