Responsibilities

• 1. Represent clients in commercial litigation.
• 2. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
• 3. Conduct thorough and effective legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• 4. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to effectively manage cases.

Qualifications

• 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 3. A minimum of 0-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• 4. Strong litigation skills, including experience with drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, and handling trials.
• 5. Exceptional legal writing skills and strong oral advocacy skills.
• 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• 9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• 10. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
