Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney in Cincinnati, OH, to manage a diverse caseload from investigation through resolution. The ideal candidate has at least two years of litigation experience and strong client-facing skills, with a focus on real estate, contracts, employment, and tort matters.

You will handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, while conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, briefs, and court filings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and a strong background managing cases from investigation through resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real estate, contract, employment, and tort claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
• Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results.
