gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney in Cincinnati, OH, to manage a diverse caseload from investigation through resolution. The ideal candidate has at least two years of litigation experience and strong client-facing skills, with a focus on real estate, contracts, employment, and tort matters.

You will handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, while conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, briefs, and court filings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including real estate, contract, employment, and tort.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
