Our client, a nationally recognized AMLAW 200 firm, is seeking an Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Cleveland office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle sophisticated matters while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters (excluding insurance defense).
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting discovery, and participating in depositions and hearings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on trial preparation and strategy.
• Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
