Responsibilities

• Advising on complex business litigation with a focus on Corporate Governance, Ownership and Merger/Acquisition Disputes
• Manage complex matters through all phases of litigation or arbitration
• Draft pleadings, briefs, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings
• Lead written and fact discovery, coordinate document review and production, prepare witnesses, and take and defend depositions
• Managing discovery processes and developing case strategy
• Supporting trial preparation and participating in trial proceedings
• Negotiating settlements and achieving commercially focused client outcomes
• Working closely with senior attorneys on business-critical disputes
• Acting for a high-quality client base including developers, investors and landlords
