Job summary

We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its Commercial, Regulatory and Public Law practice. The firm handles sophisticated commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and public law challenges across a diverse nationwide client base.

This role is well suited for an attorney trained in a leading law firm or government practice seeking greater responsibility, direct client engagement, and meaningful participation in complex, high-impact disputes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Active Bar membership or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and discrete litigation components with increasing independence.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs.
• Conduct and oversee written discovery and motion practice.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions.
• Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development.
• Develop legal analysis across evolving statutory and regulatory frameworks.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators.
