3–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation with strong writing and research skills.
Proven ability to handle motions, depositions, discovery, mediations, arbitrations and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Oversee litigation processes from filing to resolution and stay current on precedents.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents for various matters.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
Represent clients in hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Engage in settlement discussions to secure favorable outcomes.
